CANCELLATION AND REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Sage The Beauty Bar requires 48 hours notice for cancelled or rescheduled appointments. We understand unforeseen circumstances happen, however, due to the nature of our service providers working on a commission basis, it is difficult to fill open spots in under 48 hours.

We do not charge a cancellation fee, however we kindly ask you respect our policy by giving as much notice as possible.

Refunds will not be given on any services. Our goal is to ensure every guest leaves feeling amazing. We understand sometimes things don’t always go perfect, and we will happily fix any service that is determined to be unsatisfactory within 1 week of the service being originally done. Extension fixes need to be within 2 weeks, and on a client by client basis.

Returns will be happily accepted on any unopened/unused or unworn products within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Between 14-30 days, a store credit will be issued. Clothing must have original tags still attached. Product that is opened or used is not eligle for a return. All sale items are FINAL sale.
